Matthew was born in Burnaby General Hospital on April 19, 1989. He lived in Burnaby for awhile and then moved to Edmonton, Alberta where he grew up.
Matthew is interested in drawing the human figure, and enjoys drawing from real life.
"Drawing is about give and take, and about how sometimes you can't see something, or you see things a different way."
Matthew's medium of choice is pencil. He is currently attending various art classes in Vancouver to improve his skills.
